It was children that provided the initial inspiration that prompted Arthur Morton to put pen to paper, the results of which amounted to him becoming an award-winning children’s author. When asked how was it possible to have such success as a new author, Morton replied, “I am not entirely sure, but I wrote about what mattered to me, and I endeavored to be honest, authentic, and challenging.”
Arthur is now a five time award winning author who has developed his writing career into the children’s book imprint – September Writer.

Our protagonist is Harper a young girl around the age of 10 years old who is caught up in the wonderment of a story told to her by her grandfather to whom it was told many years ago.
Harper believes, as does her “Pop Pop,” that the story is true. Thus, a dream is born, which takes Harper on the adventure of a lifetime. While she learns that the fulfillment of her dream will require much of her, she also learns invaluable lessons along the way including belief in one’s dreams inspires others to dream and that she does not have to take her journey alone. So, join Harper on her journey of wonderment and belief.
Jon and the Toymakers of Toymakerville
What child can resist opening a present under the tree before Christman morning? Well, a little boy named Jon faces an even more herculean challenge. Can he resist opening the toymaker’s box until Christmas, the box that has been entrusted to his granfather by the toymakers, Santa Claus, and the Angels themselves? If he cannot, then Christmas for everyone will be jeopardized.
Come along as Jon learns that his choices have consequences, but also that courage, most of all, can help right a wrong and forever change lives in the process, one of which may be his own.
